
Tracy Essig
Prior to joining the county attorney’s office, he was with the Arizona State Attorney General’s office for 11 years. He was chief counsel of the Bankruptcy and Collection Enforcement Section, a nationally recognized program that handled the collection of debts to the State of Arizona. Prior to joining the government sector, Tracy worked in large and medium size firms, as well as his own practice, in the field of bankruptcy, creditor-debtor rights, and commercial litigation. Mr. Essig graduated with high distinction from the University of Arizona Law School and received his B.A. in both Economics and Political Science from the University of Arizona.
